Abstract Guideline

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

To facilitate the submission process and the subsequent follow-up process, please consider the following guidelines, information, terms and deadlines mentioned.

The submission process has several steps :

  1. You must Join the conference site to submit the Abstract.
  2. After join the site, you have to login to the home page in order to submit the Abstract.
  3. We do not accept separate abstract paper by email or other means. All submission process will be completed within the Abstract submission page.
  4. Submission of an abstract should be completed by August 31, 2022
  5. If revision is required, modification of the submitted abstract should be completed before abstract deadline.
  6. Notification of abstract acceptance will be given by August 31, 2022
    In case of withdrawal or modification of the abstract after deadline, please e-mail or call to us.

* Please note that at least one of the authors are required to full registration by September 16, which is the last day of early-bird registration.

* If the presenter does not register, the abstract will be removed from the conference proceeding USB, the conference website and on-site printed program.

ABSTRACT WRITING GUIDELINES

Since we only allow direct writing on abstract submission page, separate abstract paper are not allowed. Authors have to follow instructions carefully for preparing an ABSTRACTS to submit online.

  • The abstract should be written in English. Use the metric system exclusively.
  • Proceeding USB(not printed) will be distributed, therefore color figures are allowed.
  • The final abstract length should not exceed 1 pages in length, which is 500 characters.
  • Do not include page numbers or any other page header or footer.
  • Footnotes are not allowed.
  • The text in table caption and figure caption should include references to all.
  • You cannot arrange how figures and tables(upload as image file.) will be shown in Proceeding USB.
  • All tables and figures will be arranged by the given format.
  • Formula should be typewritten.
  • We do not recommend using Subscripts and superscripts.
  • Equations should be numbered sequentially at the right-hand side in parentheses.In general only equations explicitly referred to in the text need to be numbered.
  • List all the literature cited in the main text, using consecutive numbers.Place numbers with a closing parenthesis in superscript to cite literature in the main text, e.g., 1), 2,3) after any punctuation mark.
  • DO NOT number pages as this will be done when the proceedings is published.
  • Since we use direct submission through the webpage, no template will be given.
