Submission Guideline
1. How to Submit
- All abstracts must be submitted via the official Online Submission System.
- Submitted abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the Technical Program Committee.
- All presenters must register and pay the applicable conference registration fee.
- Abstracts must be written in clear English and limited to a maximum of 300 words.
- At least one author (the presenting author or a co-author) of each accepted abstract must register for the conference.
- Authors are entirely responsible for ensuring their submissions are free of grammatical and typographical errors.
- Please indicate your preferred presentation format (Oral or Poster) during the submission process.
- A confirmation email will be sent upon successful submission. If you do not receive this email, please verify your submission status under "My Page," as it may not have been recorded in our system.
- Notification of acceptance and the final presentation type will be provided following the review process.
2. Submission steps
Sign up or log in to the online system → Go to “Abstract Submission” → Select the session for your presentation → Complete the required author information → Enter your abstract details → Click “Submit” to complete the process.
3. Withdrawal Policy
If you wish to withdraw an abstract, please notify the ICFPE Secretariat at icfpe@kfpe.kr as soon as possible.
